Nos. 34-44 (even), Short’s Gardens
Nos. 34-44, Short’s Gardens forms the major part of the modern three and four-storey residential and retail development which returns down Endell Street and Nottingham Court. Faced in London Stock brick with red brick dressings. The frontage to Short’s Gardens contains five modern shopfronts and the entrance to 44 flats above.
The development is of modest townscape value and contributes modestly to the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
