No. 37a, Neal Street
Marking the corner of Neal Street and Short’s Gardens, this two-bay, London Stock brick-faced is the return elevation of the grade II listed block fronting Short’s Gardens (nos. 8-26 even) and Earlham Street (nos. 29–43 odd).
It comprises three-storeys with mansard attic storey above, with single, segmental-arched opening at ground floor level and two window openings at both first and second floor levels, containing subdivided casements at first floor and subdivided sashes at second floor level. It has a traditionally detailed, modern shopfront set within the opening at ground floor level.
A building of special architectural and historic interest with a shopfront of particular interest and of townscape value, contributing positively to the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
