No. 10, Tower Court
A well-preserved, three-storey, two-bay, brick-faced house with mansard attic, rebuilt in 1796, with a two-bay flank elevation return towards Monmouth Street abutting the flank elevation of no. 38, Monmouth Street. Subdivided sash windows serving the upper floors. Painted, channelled, stucco-faced ground floor storey.
A listed property of particular architectural and historic interest and townscape value contributing to the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
