No. 12, Earlham Street
Cojoined with no. 10, no. 12, Earlham Street, is a plain 1950s building rising through four storeys with a further set back storey at fifth floor level.
It comprises a single-bay building faced in red brick with horizontal Crittall steel framed windows at first floor level and above. There is a simple modern, reticent inset shopfront set in rendered surrounds at ground floor level.
An unlisted building neither contributing to nor detracting from the character, appearance or significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
