No. 13, Monmouth Street
A narrow, four-storey, red brick faced, 1950s property with a single horizontally proportioned window at first, second, third and fourth floor levels – each window contained within a painted, reconstituted stone ‘frame’.
The simply detailed modern shopfront is neatly understated. The fascia carrying sign written lettering is externally illuminated with neat discreet fittings. A Covent Garden Lantern projects from the building at first floor level and there is also a Seven Dials Trust People's Plaque commemorating the former offices of Brian Epstein, manager of The Beatles.
An unlisted property of modest townscape value contributing to the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
