No. 19, Mercer Street
Listed grade II, no. 19, Mercer Street comprises a five/six-storey apartment building forming an integral part of Terry Farrell and Partners’ very successful conservation-based Comyn Ching Triangle development of 1985-1987. The upper floors are primarily faced in London Stock brick with subtle polychrome decoration, whilst the ground floor is faced in a strongly expressed rusticated render painted maroon.
The property is of both special architectural and historic interest and particular townscape value, contributing to the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
