Appraisal

No. 20, Earlham Street

This plain four-storey 1950s building is faced in red brick with single wide Crittall metal framed windows at first, second and third floor levels and an attractive modern shopfront painted in an appropriate colour with a retractable projecting canopy blind. The name of the business is carried in decent lettering on the reverse side of the glazing at ground floor level.

An unlisted building neither contributing to nor detracting from the character, appearance or significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
