No. 3, Short’s Gardens

An anomalous and unfortunate break in the building frontages of the street – the only such gap remaining in the Seven Dials Conservation Area – leaving the rendered and painted flanks of the adjoining properties at nos. 1 and 5, Short’s Gardens exposed to view above the entrance to a bar.

The introduction of a sensitively designed new infill building on the site, similar in scale to no. 1, Short’s Gardens would greatly enhance the appearance of the street and restore the original building-line.
