No. 53, Endell Street
No. 53, together with Nos. 51 to 59 (odd), Endell Street, is part of a terrace of grade II listed, four-storey, three-bay properties with Italianate stuccoed frontages of circa 1840. A cornice runs along the terrace below the third floor (attic) level windows. No. 53 has first floor windows with segmental, pedimented canopies supported on flanking consoles. The original Victorian shopfront survives.
It is essential that the painted stucco of the elevation the entire terrace should be maintained and/or repainted in one, consistent off-white or other appropriate colour.
