Nos. 51-53, Neal Street

A modern, undistinguished, four-storey development. Painted render facing to the upper floor levels, above entirely undistinguished, poorly proportioned and poorly detailed white painted timber shopfronts with applied lettering to both fascias. The right hand fascia is externally illuminated.

An entirely undistinguished development, detracting from the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.

There is considerable scope to replace the existing shopfronts and signs with a much improved shopfronts and signs.
