65-67, Neal Street
A brick-faced three-storey, three-bay, Edwardian former warehouse overpainted in mid-grey textured-paint, with an additional, extensively glazed storey at third floor level, and a simple, modern shopfront with applied lettering on the fascia, below large, subdivided casement windows at each level.
A building of modest architectural interest and townscape value contributing modestly to the character, appearance and significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
The potential for removing the paint from the brick façade should be explored.
