Nos. 7-9, Earlham Street
A four-storey nine-bay 1930s street elevation faced in red brick with Crittall metal framed windows at first floor level and subdivided, sash windows at second and third floor levels, replacing an earlier row of good-looking Georgian houses.
Three modern shopfronts of traditional character painted charcoal grey and mid grey with unfortunate post-Modern styled consoles and pilasters between each. Traditionally detailed six-panelled entrance door to the flats on the upper floors (No. 9) at the right hand end. One modestly scaled externally illuminated, double sided, projecting hanging sign located at the left hand end.
An unlisted building neither contributing to nor detracting from the character, appearance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
