Chicago House, no. 90, Long Acre
This section of Endell Street is taken up a side elevation of the whole street block office building, Chicago House. Constructed between 1979-81 on the site of Odhams Press, which was destroyed by a fire, this very large building was designed by Richard Seifert & Partners. It comprises eight storeys, lower and upper ground floors and a two-level basement car park. Permission was granted in 2017 by Westminster City Council to demolish the existing building and replace it with an equally large mixed-use development.
