No. 10, Earlham Street, Marlborough House

Cojoined with no. 12, no. 10, Earlham Street is a plain 1950s building rising through four storeys with a further set back storey at fifth floor level.

It comprises a three-bay building, with a single-bay splay elevation on the corner with Tower Street, recently refaced in green glazed brickwork, and a two-bay return elevation to Tower Street. Faced in red brick with horizontal Crittall steel framed windows at first floor level and above – effectively subdivided with slender glazing bars. There is a simple modern reticent shopfront set in rendered surrounds at ground floor level.

An unlisted building neither contributing to nor detracting from the character, appearance or significance of the Seven Dials Conservation Area.
